This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location near the city center makes it convenient for exploring and enjoying the many nice restaurants by the river. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are modern and comfortable, with lovely modern bathrooms and great pillows on the lower level.

All in all, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

Perfect location, 5 minutes from central streets and good restaraunts in Ulm. The hotel is new and interior is perfect, the rooms are very cosy.

The hotel is pricey. If they would drop the price - it would be a top chice in Ulm.

The room was clean, comfortable bed and shower. Nice, modern look. Breakfast buffet was a reasonable 6 euro.

Very strange smell in the room, which didn't go away after having opened the window several times. Too hot in the room during the night, no possibility to lower the heat. Dark corridors all day and even night.

The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the river and a short walk to the city center. We loved being able to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with TV's on the higher floors and beds that provided a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and the basic amenities were well taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast offered was a nice option to start the day.

Brand new hotel well equipped for the business traveller. Very competitively priced. Breakfast was also a reasonable €6. Would happily recommend this hotel over the competition and I regularly stay in Ulm for business

A little further from local amenities

The hotel was very modern and clean. The staff were helpful with giving directions and with any queries. Bathrooms were clean and modern as well.

I love being very close to the historic center of the city and having the Danube river just a stone's throw away. the location is perfect for exploring the old town and enjoying the beautiful river views. the spacious and modern rooms were a great advantage, along with the reliable services provided by the friendly staff.

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, very clean! parking & price were key for us. You get an internet code automatically handed to you - great service! The location was not bad for us at all, although it is not very central (if that is what you are looking for)

the temperature in the room is controlled by the reception. It was way to hot in there, even though I had asked them to turn it down. We had to sleep with the window open because it was just too hot (yet snowing outside). This is a bit unpractical.

Lovely Italian speaking cleaning woman. Helpful front desk. Great location. Easy parking. Clean and calm. Large and comfortable rooms. Modern furniture. Good WiFi.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering its location near the city center. There are plenty of nice restaurants for dinner by the river, all within easy walking distance. The staff provides excellent service, and the basic amenities in the rooms are top-notch. The comfortable beds on higher floors ensure a good night's sleep, and the TV and great pillows add to the overall comfort. The breakfast options are also worth mentioning.

All aspects of this hotel were more than satisfactory.
